The electric tunnel consists about an infrared panels combined with hot air blowers. The length of the tunnel is determined by the production speed that must be reached and the height of the processed sleeve.

STEAM TUNNEL

Termocontraccion tunnel of covers to steam, has a new technology that allows the complete management through electronic devices. This tunnel can be composed of several modules, all with independent temperature control, the length of the tunnel is determined by the speed of production to reach and the height of the sheath that has to be processed.The tunnel can be installed within the modules, electric reheaters that allow the shrink sleeve with low steam emission

Tunnel structure in stainless steel.
Tunnel modules with independent temperature.
Regulation and steam management completely electronic. PLC for the display of tunnel configuration.
This PLC allows to save all the temperature parameters for each format Modulating valves for constant control of steam injection.
Vapor aspiration managed by the investor.
Closing of the tunnel with glass doors that allow the visualization of the internal conditions during the shrinking of the sleeve.
Steam reheated with electric heaters. Drainage of centralized steam excess.
